1. Payment Terms
The total order price is charged at the time of purchase when using a credit/ debit card. Cash or cheque payments are accepted upon delivery. We also do EFT/PDA/NET30 payment. Please contact our sales for details.
2. Failed Payment
There is $35 adminstrative fee for failed transaction.
3. Overdue Accounts & Service Charges
- Overdue Payments: A service charge of 24% per annum (2% per month) will be applied to overdue accounts.
- Customers are advised to settle invoices promptly to avoid additional fees.

4. Return Eligibility & Process
- Returns Accepted: Products may be returned within 14 days of receipt, provided they are unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by the original purchase receipt.
- Returns After 14 Days: A 15% restocking fee will be applied to returns made after 14 days.
- Non-Returnable Items: Returns will not be accepted if:
- The return is made after one month from the date of purchase.
- The items are used, damaged, or not in resalable condition.
5. Claim Process
To initiate a return, customers must provide the order number to orders@mppl.ca. Moshe Paper & Packaging Ltd. reserves the right to inspect returned items before issuing store credit or a refund.
6. Refunds & Store Credit
- Approved refunds will be issued as store credit unless your order payment is made with cash or debit card.
- The refund amount will be processed after the returned item passes inspection.
