A. There is no case minimum on our beverage range. You can order from a single bottle or a single bag.

Q. What pack sizes do the concentrates and powders come in?

A. Liquid concentrates are supplied in 1.2kg bottles, six bottles to a case. Latte powders are supplied in 500g or 1kg packs, ten packs to a case.

Because there is no case minimum, you can buy single units of either format.

Q. How many drinks does one pack make?

A. As a guide, a 500g latte powder pack makes about 18 servings and a 1kg pack about 33, at a standard serving size.

Concentrate yield depends on your recipe and cup size. Tell us your serving size and we will work out the yield per bottle and your cost per drink.

Q. Can I request samples before ordering?

A. Yes, we can arrange samples for businesses in British Columbia. It is worth doing with beverage lines, since flavour balance and sweetness are easier to judge in the cup than on paper.

Q. How should concentrates and powders be stored?

A. Unopened bottles and packs are shelf stable and should be kept in a cool, dry storeroom away from direct sunlight. No refrigeration is needed before opening.

Once a bottle is opened, seal it and refrigerate. Keep powder packs closed and dry, since they take up moisture from the air.

Q. How long does an opened bottle last?

A. Several weeks when sealed and refrigerated, and the date is printed on the bottle. Slower moving flavours are worth dating on opening so nothing is guessed at later.

For lines that turn over quickly, the single bottle minimum means you can reorder often rather than hold stock.
