• Earl Grey Milk Tea / Tea Latte：20g-35g Earl Grey Sweet, 200ml milk (hot or cold)

• Mango Iced Tea：40g Mango Concentrate, 20g-25g Earl Grey Sweet, 200ml water, ice, optional 1-3g lemon juice

• Grapefruit (or Lemon) Black Tea：15g Earl Grey Sweet, 40g Grapefruit (or Lemon) Concentrate, 200ml water (hot or cold)

• Earl Grey Highball：40ml whiskey, 160ml sparkling water, 10g-20g Earl Grey Sweet, lemon juice

• Soju Cocktail with Hwayo：45ml Hwayo 41%, 10-20ml Earl Grey Sweet, sparkling water, a splash of lemon juice, fill the glass with ice (based on a 310ml highball glass)

• Earl Grey Pudding：Mix 180ml milk, 140ml heavy cream, 45g Earl Grey Sweet, heat to about 70°C, stir in 3 gelatin sheets until dissolved, pour into molds, refrigerate for 3 hours, top with brown sugar or orange syrup
