Description

Product Name: SWEETCUP Earl Grey Concentrate (Thickly Brewed Liquid Tea Base)

Product Description: SWEETCUP Earl Grey Concentrate is a rich and authentic liquid tea base brewed directly from premium FBOP-grade or higher Ceylon tea leaves, designed to take your milk tea and beverage menu to the next level effortlessly without the hassle of dissolving instant powders, this highly versatile liquid base blends seamlessly even with cold milk, fruit concentrates, or syrups, allowing cafes and home baristas to create unique signature tea drinks and premium desserts.

Brewing tea in house is the hidden labour cost in a bubble tea menu. Someone has to steep it, time it, cool it, and throw it away when it sits too long, and the drink changes depending on who made it and how busy the shift was. A liquid tea base removes all of that.

This is brewed from Ceylon leaf rather than assembled from flavouring, so it carries the bergamot character that makes Earl Grey recognisable in a milk tea. It mixes straight into cold milk, which means a milk tea can be built to order in seconds with no brewing equipment and no holding time.

It is also the most flexible tea in the range. The same bottle covers milk tea, iced tea, fruit teas and even highballs and cocktails for venues with a licence. Beyond cafes and bubble tea shops, this line is bought by bakeries and dessert shops, hotels and caterers, food trucks, central kitchens and food manufacturers, and by grocery and convenience retailers buying for resale or for their own prepared drink counters.

People Also Ask:

Q. How many milk teas can I make from one bottle?

A. About 30 at a 40g serving, so a case of six bottles produces roughly 180 drinks. Compared with brewing in house, the saving is usually in labour and waste rather than ingredient cost alone.

Q. Do I need to brew or steep anything?

A. No. The tea is already brewed and concentrated, so it dissolves straight into cold milk or water. This removes the steeping step, the cooling time and the batch of brewed tea that gets discarded at close.

Q. How does it compare with brewing my own tea?

A. The main differences are consistency and labour. A brewed batch varies with steeping time, water temperature and how long it has been standing, whereas a concentrate gives the same strength in every cup and needs no holding time.

Q. Will it taste like real Earl Grey?

A. Yes, it is brewed from selected Ceylon tea rather than built from flavouring, so it carries genuine tea body along with the bergamot aroma. That body is what allows it to stand up to milk without tasting thin.

Q. How should it be stored?

A. Keep unopened bottles cool, dry and out of direct sunlight. Once opened, refrigerate, reseal and shake before each use, as some natural settling is normal in a brewed tea concentrate.

Q. How long does an opened bottle last?

A. Several weeks when refrigerated and properly sealed, which is far longer than brewed tea, which is usually discarded the same day. This is one of the main practical advantages for a small counter.

Q. Is it suitable for vegan customers?

A. The concentrate contains no dairy, so iced teas and fruit teas are suitable. A milk tea is only vegan if you build it with a plant based milk.

Q. Does it contain caffeine?

A. Yes, it is made from real black tea, so it contains caffeine at a level broadly comparable to a standard cup of tea per serving. If you need a caffeine free option, our apple chamomile base is the alternative.

Q. Can I use it for cocktails as well as café drinks?

A. Yes, it works well in highballs and spirit based serves, which makes it useful for venues that operate as a café by day and a bar in the evening. It mixes cold, so no separate preparation is needed.

Q. How do I order and can I get a sample?

A. You can order from a single bottle, there is no case minimum. Buy any 3 bottles mix and match for 5% off, or any 6 for 10% off. Stocked in our Richmond warehouse, with daily Lower Mainland delivery, Vancouver Island service, Canada wide shipping and Cash & Carry pickup. We can arrange a sample for BC businesses so you can compare it against your current brewed tea.
