Description

Product Name: SWEETCUP Green Tea Latte Powder Mix (Jeju Matcha Latte Powder)

Product Description: SWEETCUP Green Tea Latte Powder Mix is an all-in-one powder mix crafted with 15% organic matcha harvested from Jeju Island, Korea. Rich, creamy, and satisfyingly sweet, this ready-to-mix powder dissolves smoothly in both hot and cold milk, allowing cafes and home baristas to quickly craft cafe-quality green tea lattes without extra sweeteners.

Recipes:

  • Matcha Latte (Hot): Mix 20g (2 tbsp) of Green Tea Latte Powder with 240ml (1 cup) of hot milk.

  • Matcha Latte (Iced): Mix 20g (2 tbsp) of Green Tea Latte Powder with 240ml (1 cup) of cold milk and serve over ice.

  • Dessert Topping: Dust over shaved ice (bingsu) or specialty dessert drinks.

  • Matcha Milk Foam Top: 15g powder whisked into cold cream, floated over iced tea

  • Matcha Affogato: 30g powder made thick with a little milk, espresso poured over

  • Matcha Bubble Tea: 30g powder, 200ml milk, tapioca pearls, shaken with ice

This is the all-in-one option: matcha, milk powder and sugar already blended, so a latte needs only the powder and milk. It is the fastest matcha on the menu to prepare and the easiest to train, which makes it a good fit for high-volume counters, dessert cafes and locations where drinks are made by rotating staff.

Because it is pre-sweetened and pre-blended, the finished drink is consistent without any barista judgement. It also doubles as a dessert ingredient, dusted over shaved ice or folded into soft serve and bakery cream.

Beyond cafes and bubble tea shops, this line is bought by bakeries and dessert shops, hotels and caterers, food trucks, central kitchens and food manufacturers, and by grocery and convenience retailers buying for resale or for their own prepared drink counters.

People Also Ask:

Q. How many lattes does one 500g pack make?

A. About 18 standard lattes at 28g per serving, so a case of ten packs makes roughly 180 drinks. Packing in 500g units means you open only what you need and the rest stays sealed and fresh.

Q. What is the difference between this and the liquid matcha concentrate?

A. The powder is pre-sweetened with milk powder included and is the quickest to prepare. The liquid concentrate gives a cleaner tea flavour and mixes cold without any risk of clumping. Many cafés carry the powder for volume and the concentrate for their premium matcha drink.

Q. Does it dissolve in cold milk?

A. It is designed to mix readily, but as with any powder, cold liquid is harder than warm. For iced drinks, mix the powder with a small amount of warm milk or water first, then add cold milk and ice.

Q. How should unopened and opened packs be stored?

A. Keep unopened packs in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Once opened, reseal tightly and keep dry, as matcha absorbs moisture and odour readily. Do not store next to coffee or spices.

Q. Does it contain dairy?

A. Yes, this is a pre-blended latte mix containing milk powder, so it is not dairy free. If you need a vegan matcha option, the liquid matcha concentrate is the better choice.

Q. Will the green colour fade?

A. Matcha is light sensitive and colour naturally softens with exposure to air and light. Keeping packs sealed and out of the light preserves both colour and flavour, which is one reason the range is packed in 500g units rather than bulk sacks.

Q. Can I use it for baking and desserts?

A. Yes. It works in soft serve, cheesecake, cream fillings and as a dusting over shaved ice. Because it is already sweetened, reduce the sugar elsewhere in your recipe.

Q. How does this compare on cost to buying pure matcha and sweetening it myself?

A. Blending your own can be cheaper per kilogram but adds labour, introduces inconsistency, and needs accurate scales. For most cafés the pre-blend wins once labour is counted. We are happy to run the comparison with your numbers.

Q. Is it strong enough for a genuinely matcha-forward drink?

A. It is balanced for a mainstream sweet latte. If your customers want a more intense, less sweet matcha, use the pure matcha or the liquid concentrate instead, or blend a small amount of pure matcha into this mix.

Q. Can I get a sample and what is the minimum order?

A. Samples can be arranged for BC customers. You can order from a single bag, there is no case minimum. Buy any 5 bags mix and match for 5% off, or any 10 for 10% off. Stocked in our Richmond warehouse. Contact us for current pricing and lead time.
